This last weekend I went with my son and daughter-in-law to a craft fair, that my daughter had a booth in. So much fun! I remember in my younger years I did craft fairs. I still get the bug!
I thought I'd caught up on what I've been up to. I seem to have ADD when it comes to crafty things. I go from one craft to another.
First off this is the birthday card I did for my stepdaughter:
Since then I have made an afghan and I'm working on baby burp cloths, and dishcloths using a the tunisian crochet. (no picture of the dishcloths yet) They are pretty fun!
So the fun and games go on. I need to keep my hands busy doing something. :)

Simple and Sweet
I spent a little time today creating a couple of cards for the new little additions.
I have some wonderful little grandchildren. One was just born less than a month ago. It got me thinking about making some simple but sweet cards.
I used a sizzix die that I ran through my Big Shot. I have had the stamp laying around so it was fun to use!
The pink papers are from Heidi Grace Designs, and the blue papers are from www.pebblesinc.com. I love them both!
I could probably add some flowers and bows to jazz them up. The idea I had in making these was to keep them simple, yet still cute enough that I would feel good about giving them to new mommies and daddies.

More fun!
I've been working on these tags from Prima. I love the Prima Dolls line by Julie Nutting.
I use Copic markers to color the skin and hair on these dolls. Then I use the paper piecing technique. The papers I used are from K & Company. I have several pads of their double sided papers. They are so cute!
I figure that I should use up what I have before buying anymore. (My husband really appreciates that.)
So here are two more of the tags that I have done.
I hope you like them! I plan on doing a lot more of these tags in the future. Any ideas or comments are welcomed!

SO MUCH FUN!
I got three of the new Prima Dolls. I absolutely love them! So yesterday I made my first tag with the Prima Dolls. I even made my own flowers to go on it.
I also made my favorite birthday yet.
I'm getting a jump on Christmas. I got this great Santa face stamp. So I went to work getting Christmas cards made.
I hope you are feeling creative as well!

Getting Creative
I've been experimenting with the Copic Markers. They are so much fun! I'm self-trained so you will have to see what you think of my Christmas creations. I'm working on Valentine's Day now. :)
